I just wanted to check in on something that keeps coming up during Skills Development module setups — we’re still manually linking job titles and grades to skills analysis codes like occupational level and category. In larger environments, this becomes quite a repetitive and time-consuming task. Is there anything on the roadmap to allow these linkages to be done in batch or via import? It would really help streamline implementation and improve data consistency across the board.

Enabling batch or import functionality for linking job titles and job grades to skills analysis codes (like occupational level and category) would have a significant positive impact for both our firm and our clients, particularly in the public sector space, where HR structures range from underdeveloped or complex and highly regulated. |
