If you flag a claim for custom claims and add additional custom fields, this claim has to be linked to a Group Claim to work. The fields pull through to ESS perfectly but when an employee replies there is no way for the manager or payroll to reconcile as no reports are available on Sage 300 People for Custom Claims or Custom Fields. This is available in SQL but cannot be viewed on the front end. Please can you develop a report.

Please explain how this would benefit you and your firm and the impact it would have.
It would benefit all clients that utilize claims as they would be able to report on the fields defined for their claims. It doesn't make sense if you have a free text field for example that contains a unique ID or description pertaining to their claims but they cannot pick up this field in a report. |
