The old performance has graphs for performance which compares what is expected to actual scoring for an individual. To this end, the Performance Review Summary report that exists in 300P shows a distribution for the different scores. But this is only for the old performance.
This needs to be incorporated into the new performance but made even better by including global performance reports (organisational level). There are some examples attached (of the old performance but also of examples from Sahe HR for what the new performance reporting should look like).

This will prevent us from losing out to competitors who have better performance analysis reports. Clients these days are not only looking at individual performance but want a global picture of their organisational performance as well Currently we are telling the client to export spreadsheets and create their own organisationl reports in excel, which is cumbersome |
